Default Marriage

I heard about 2 of the designers of GW get married in the game, and I also heard rumors of some sort of marrige system on the game. Sorry if this has been asked before, but is it possible to get married or do just some people say they are married?

There is no way (currently) to have an official marriage and be a married couple within the game.

ok then, thanks for telling me. Hmm, it might be fun to have some kind of marrige on GW. All you would have to do is invite many guests to an area and have a monk be the priest lol. Though for the RPing part, it would suck. I love to RP but on GW it kind of sucks.

If a marriage system is put into this game remind me to quit playing.

I can't take the nerds it will attract.

If you hadn't noticed, pretty much everyone who plays GW is a nerd. If you weren't a nerd you really wouldn't be playing it.

Lol, behold the power of nerds! Yes, I know about the new level of nerds. I think G4TechTV called them: The GaNerd. They are extremelly nerdy and love the cold hard feel of shwag.

For the most part, it wouldn't attract any more 'nerds' than are already in the game... Honestly, I think it'd be pretty fun to go to random weddings, I remeber people getting married on SWG and FFXI, it was entertaining, to say the least.

Yeah it would. I think they should either impliment a marriage system or people should just roleplay one. I would be pretty neat.

lol it might be somewhat amusing but i swear to god if there are two people having cyber while im trying to trade, i am cutting my wrists. Also it would be annoying for those who have female characters to have guys run up and say "hey wanna get married?"

IT was STUPID on EQ and its a stupid idea for GW or any game, come on ppl think of other ways to amuse yourself. ( suggestion ) something pertaining to real life.

So, uh, did you have someone in mind?

Might want to work on that 'spouse' part before you worry about the church bells.

Well, maybe it could be a henchman, so it's not really stupid... I mean I'm just saying, because it's kind of stupid to have a 'connection' with someone you have no clue about... All it does is it encourages more molesters etc. to go asking about the person, how old they are etc....
